Imperial Fund Asset Management is pleased to share that Max Slyusarchuk, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Imperial Fund, participated as a speaker at the MBA Annual25 Convention & Expo, held October 19–22, 2025, at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas.
Max took part in the session “Market Opportunities and Operations Track: Why the Non-Agency Market is a Must for Your Success,” which was hosted on October 20 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the HUB Expo, Royal Ballroom. The discussion focused on the evolving dynamics of the non-agency lending market-highlighting how rising home prices, demographic shifts, the growth of the investor and gig-economy segments, and changing GSE trends continue to shape demand for products such as second-lien and Non-QM loans.
During the panel, Max shared his perspective on liquidity management, compliance considerations, and the operational frameworks required to support sustainable growth in the non-agency sector. With more than two decades of experience across the mortgage, banking, and investment industries, he contributed practical insights on how lenders and investors can navigate current market conditions while positioning for long-term opportunity.
MBA Annual25 once again brought together leading professionals across the real estate finance industry to discuss market trends, regulatory updates, innovation, and strategic priorities. Imperial Fund was proud to be represented at this year’s event and to contribute to the broader conversation around the future of non-agency lending.
