Managing Board
Max Slyusarchuk is a Founder of Imperial Fund, with over 20 years of mortgage and banking industry experience. Mr. Slyusarchuk is also a Founder and CEO of A&D Mortgage and Member of the Board of Directors at Anchor Bank in Palm Beach, Florida. He supervises all day-to-day activities and strategic planning of the mortgage origination business and is responsible for business development and maintaining relationships with key partners. Mr. Slyusarchuk has raised capital and launched multiple projects across a wide spectrum of industries, including the financial and construction sectors. He has experience in both private equity investments and portfolio management for institutional and private sector clients in Eastern Europe and the US. Mr. Slyusarchuk holds a BS in Economics from MIM University.
Victor Kuznetsov is a Founder of Imperial Fund, with over 15 years of financial and investment management experience. Mr. Kuznetsov is responsible for the management of all fund activities, including operations, capital markets, and investor relations. Previously, Mr. Kuznetsov spearheaded investment efforts at a private equity firm focused on the commodities sector. Over the course of 8 years at the firm, he managed corporate assets and financial and real estate investments. During this time period, he also played a key role in the merger and IPO of a public company that was listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Kuznetsov holds an MBA degree from the University of Maryland where he was a Member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi. He earned a BS in Management as well as a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Jared Neale is responsible for investment portfolio analysis, RMBS structuring, financial modelling and IR. Before joining Imperial Fund, Mr. Neale was responsible for portfolio analysis/reporting and IR at a Family Office/Investment Advisor with over $2 billion AUM focused on private equity, venture cap and hedge fund investments. Mr. Neale earned his BSBA in Economics and Information Technology at the University of Central Florida where he graduated president’s honor roll. He began his career in Insurance attaining his 2-15 “life including var. annuities & health” with the Florida Department of Financial Services.
