Florida Realestate

Florida Realestate

Due to its optimal location, mild tropical climate, high migration influx of wealthy investors, a developed infrastructure and a year-round tourist flow, Florida is represented as the U.S. major investment habitat, from the standpoint of real estate investments.

GDP of Florida state constitutes $833.5 billion, the 4th largest in the U.S. (as of February 2015). This figure is comparable to GDP of such country as Australia.

Florida is the fourth mostly populated state in the U.S., with more than 19.5 million people.

The turnover and number of transactions in the real estate market represents one of the highest figures in the world, due to the following reasons:

  • Demand from the U.S. and Canada citizens residing to the north.
  • Permanent foreign capital influx from developed and emerging markets
  • High rental income
  • High immigration flow
